       Filtration efficiency grade: H10, H11, H12, H13
Features:
1. The main control parameters selected for the product include filtration efficiency, rated air volume, initial resistance, dust holding capacity and external dimensions.
2. Commonly used filter material is polypropylene.
3. The manufacturer shall provide the filter dust holding capacity.
4. Initial resistance≤120Pa. When designing, it can be twice the initial resistance as the final resistance, as the calculated resistance of the filter.
5. The air filter should meet the fire protection requirements, and the air filter should have a flash point of not less than 163 °C.
6. Sub-high efficiency air filters should not be used independently and should be combined with coarse and medium efficiency air filters.
7. Generally used as an end filter for lower level clean air conditioners.
Sub-efficient air filter selection criteria:
1. Mainly consider factors such as filtration efficiency, rated air volume, initial resistance, dust holding capacity, etc.
2、Filter materials commonly used in high-efficiency air filters include ultra-fine glass fibers;
3. When selecting, it should meet the fire prevention standards;
4. When designing, the final resistance can be doubled according to the initial resistance;
5. The initial resistance of the equipment should not exceed 10% of the resistance of the product sample;
6. The high efficiency air filter must not be used alone and must be installed at the end of the air conditioning system;
7. A combined filter tuyere is generally used in an ordinary non-parallel flow clean air conditioning system.
